The West Harlem Club supports the West Harlem Child Care Business Development Program (CCBDP). The goal of the project which is sponsored by the Washington Heights Inwood Development Corp. is to help childcare providers create and maintain businesses by helping them establish, develop and/or expand their own childcare businesses.

The project provides a comprehensive 60hr/22-session childcare business development curriculum, which includes marketing, financial literacy, day-to-day operations, legal issues and business planning.

The West Harlem program offers extensive services to affect the provider and the community including:  Individualized Technical Assistance, Business Plan Development, Individual Legal Assistance, and more….

Participants must be registered or soon-to-be registered, family or group childcare
